Shipping Policy
At Bobby’s 3D Things, every order is made with care and attention to detail.
🖨️ Processing & Lead Time
Our standard lead time is 5–7 working days from the date your order is placed.
As our products are 3D printed to order, please allow this time for your item to be printed, checked, finished and carefully packaged before dispatch.
For larger, custom or multiple-item orders, additional time may occasionally be required. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.
📦 Delivery
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using an appropriate delivery service.
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and are separate from our 5–7 working day production lead time.
You will be provided with tracking information where the chosen delivery service offers tracking.
📮 Delays
While we aim to meet our stated lead times, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather or exceptionally high order volumes.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
🛍️ Custom Orders
Custom and personalised products may require additional production time. We will confirm the expected lead time with you before production begins.
