Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not happy with your item/s you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, and with any original packaging and/or tags. I.e. if an item was purchased new/sealed it must not have been opened/seal broken. If an item purchased had it's original tags attached they must still be intact.
2. Return Process: Contact us through the selling platform within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the selling platform.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel an order. We can cancel orders for no charge provided they have not yet been dispatched.
If an order has been dispatched you will need to follow the return policy above if you wish to return for a refund.
