All orders will be shipped within 3 working days (after 1st October 2026)
Personalised orders have an additional 7 working day turnaround unless otherwise stipulated.
Refund Policy
All orders have a 14 day refund policy if returned in the same condition as received.
Personalised orders cannot be refunded due to their nature.
