Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration Expands With Mini Tins, Battle Decks and More
The Pokémon Company has detailed its October 2026 Trading Card Game releases, with the 30th Celebration expansion leading a busy month for collectors and players.
The anniversary set combines new illustration rares with returning favourites and a particularly ambitious Pikachu chase: every booster contains one of 30 different Pikachu rare cards.
The October products
- 30th Celebration Mini Tins: ten tin designs, two anniversary boosters, a sticker sheet and an art card. The tin artwork combines into larger day and night images.
- 30th Celebration Booster Bundle: six booster packs featuring the anniversary expansion.
- Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks: all-foil 60-card decks ready to play, with additional illustration rare-style promo cards.
- Deck Crafter’s Collection: a Meowth ex foil, 39 tournament-focused Trainer cards, a guide, dividers and a booster.
- Mini Portfolio and Enhanced 2-Pack Blister: storage and entry-level formats, with the blister featuring Gengar, Marshadow and Team Rocket’s Mimikyu foils.
A sensible collector approach
The combined Mini Tin artwork and 30-Pikachu checklist will tempt completionists, but buyers should decide whether they are collecting sealed products, chasing individual artwork or building playable decks before multiplying purchases. The Deck Crafter’s Collection is the most practical option for players, while the Booster Bundle keeps the focus on opening the anniversary set.
The official announcement says the products will reach Pokémon Center and other Pokémon TCG retailers as they release during October; availability will vary by item and seller.
